 Communicative Tool

A wide variety of communication tools are used for external and internal communication. These tools include mail, email, telephones, cell phones, smartphones, computers, video and web conferencing tools, social networking, as well as online collaboration and productivity platforms.

When it comes to teaching and learning field, it enables easy communication between teacher and student and beyond the physical barrier. For an instance, using social networks like facebook, myspace, twitter, email, zoom to enhance learning.  Communicative tools are feasible and convenient to all the users. Some tools do not need to be logged on the internet at the same time because even if we are not online messages will appear (asynchronous) like email, messenger, telegram etc.  Whereas if in emergency cases we can meet in real time known as synchronous communication by making telephone call, audio chat, videoconferencing etc...

After learning this communicative tool I am very confident about how to apply this knowledge in the field. I will use various social networks to connect with our students to deliver lesson unlike traditional way of teaching.

From this session the most interesting thing was creating a blog. I really enjoyed creating and maintain a blog. If I happen to get opportunity to teach ICT I will teach my students to create blog and encourage them to become a famous blogger. It would be one of my achievements being a teacher.
